Ranch Clubhouse is an invitation-only private membership offering a TrackMan golf simulator, pickleball courts, fitness center, wellness room (sauna and cold plunge), and a premium private event space — all within the Ranch Office community. Founding membership is limited to 15 members and rates are locked for life.

Every member gets access to the private mobile app — your command center for bookings, scores, the live leaderboard, events, and the member directory. Track your game, follow live tournaments, and see who's at the Clubhouse right now.
Frequently Asked Questions
Clubhouse Pro members receive $100 in credits each month, applied automatically on your billing date. Use them toward pickleball, private clubhouse rentals, pro lessons, and wellness sessions. Credits reset monthly — they don't roll over.
Once your credits are exhausted, all amenities continue at member rates. You never pay public pricing — member rates apply to everything for the rest of the billing period.
Clubhouse Pro members receive one complimentary guest pass per month. Guests must register in the app and complete a digital waiver before arrival. They must be accompanied by their sponsoring member at all times.
Members have unrestricted access during open member hours with no time limits. Members may also use the space during non-member hours when no private rental is active. All private bookings require 3 hours advance notice. Member hour calendars will be released soon.
Yes — Ranch Clubhouse is a shared social club. Any member who drops in can join any active session, whether that's a round on the simulator or open play. For a private session, book a private rental outside of open member hours.
All bookings go through the Ranch Clubhouse app. Reservations and private rentals require at least 3 hours advance notice. Drop-in during open hours needs no booking at all.
Treat this facility as your own — because it is. Clean up after yourself, respect your fellow members, and maintain an elevated standard. Excessive drinking is not permitted. We reserve the right to remove any member whose conduct compromises the experience for others.
All applications are personally reviewed. Ranch Clubhouse maintains a curated, invite-only membership — each new member is considered individually, not simply approved. Founding membership is capped at 15 members.
Ranch Clubhouse reserves the right to update policies at any time to ensure a positive experience for all members. Members will be notified of any meaningful changes through the app.
